My Favorite

Mother's Day. This has got to be my new favorite day. I love it. I just love waking up that day. (Yes, that means there are days when I don't love waking up. Come on. Don't judge. If you're being honest, you feel it too ;)  It just helps me put everything, my mess, my job, my life, into perspective. I am proud to be a mother. I am honored to be their mother. And I have a mother who's just down right fantastic! I love you Mom :)  We spent the day doing some of my favorite things. Wanna see?!
First of all, I will never get tired of these little gifts they make in Sunday School. I love every . single . piece.
My parents were visiting so my mom helped me make a fun little Mother's Day picnic lunch (even though it was raining).
Lunch included three generations of Moms. That's Great Grandma!
Luka loves to create, so I got a few love notes from him :)
Thankfully the rain stopped so we were able to enjoy a few more of my favs -
outdoors, water, long awaited flowers (remember the winter?!),
& kiddos playing nicely. All with a coffee treat in my hand.
Thankful I get to be their mom.
Happy Mother's Day to all who are blessed to fill the role of a mother in ones life.
You are a gift!
